I bought this car in August, 1996. The interior was already pretty much done in gray and black with bucket seats. The body has some rust and other areas needing attention, especially on the rocker panels. And the chrome is sad. Both bumpers and the grille badly need replacement.

The tranny is a Saginaw 4-speed. Brakes are front disk and rear drum. I replaced the engine with the ZZ4 Chevy crate engine with shorty headers and an Edelbrock 650 carb. The rear end is now a 9" Ford running a 3.50 posi. And I put new wheels and tires. It runs pretty good now.

I have now replaced the front end with a Jim Meyer IFS front end, which includes power rack and pinion. That should just about complete the mechanical areas for now. Then I will start the cosmetics, with body work and chrome. I am very impatient so I just hope I don't put myself in debt before I am done.
